We're hiring an AI-obsessed Virtual Assistant who blends creativity with automation. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working directly with the COO to build AI-driven ecosystems across marketing and internal operations.
This is not a senior architect role. We want a builder. A doer. Someone who experiments, implements, improves, and iterates quickly.
You may have started in social media or marketing, but evolved into someone who uses AI to:
- Improve workflows
- Automate repetitive tasks
- Build bots and systems
- Enhance both creative output and business efficiency
Your mission: Help us design and implement AI-powered systems where AI handles execution — and you bring structured thinking, creativity, smart prompting, and entrepreneurial energy.
