AI-Native Designer

We're a fast-growing design studio building real products with top-tier international startups, and we're hiring an AI-Native Designer who treats AI as a core part of the craft.

You'll partner with your Design Lead to design platforms, websites, and apps. You'll learn to move fast while producing great work, join client calls to contribute solutions and support presentations, and own your tasks and timelines with your lead there to back you up. AI is part of your daily toolkit, and if you mess up, that's fine. We'd rather you try and fail than not try at all.

The job is obsessing over the product like it's yours, and solving real user problems where the screens are just the output.
