AI Operations Manager

We’re hiring an AI-driven Operations Assistant/Manager to help run and scale daily operations for a fast-growing creator subscription business (fan engagement, messaging workflows, digital monetization).

This is NOT an entry-level VA role. You’ll work directly with leadership and help improve workflows, performance, and internal systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage workflows, tasks, and deadlines across teams

• Monitor performance and improve efficiency

• Use AI tools daily for execution, reporting, and optimization

• Prepare reports and operational insights

• Support creator operations and team coordination

• Identify problems and implement scalable solutions

Strong advantage if you have experience in:

• Creator agencies or subscription platforms

• Fan engagement / chat-based monetization

• High-volume messaging or digital sales

• Remote team operations
