What this role actually is:

• Systems architect, not task manager. You design operational infrastructure that scales.
• Project owner, not coordinator. You take fuzzy problems and turn them into functioning systems without hand-holding.
• Builder, not executor. You implement automations, iterate on workflows, and create leverage through technology.
• Problem solver, not assistant. You identify bottlenecks and engineer solutions that compound over time.

You should be fluent in AI tools (not just familiar, fluent). You should think in systems, feedback loops, and automation-first design. You should be able to take a 30-minute conversation and walk away with a blueprint that didn't exist before.
