AI-Powered MERN Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a hands-on MERN Full-Stack Developer who actively uses AI tools (Copilot, GPT, agents, etc.) to accelerate development—without compromising architecture, code quality, or scalability.
This role is for someone who codes fast because they are experienced, not because they cut corners.
What You'll Do
• Build and ship features using MongoDB, Express, React,
• Use AI-assisted development to increase speed and efficiency
• Design clean, scalable architectures and maintain code quality
• Review, refine, and control AI-generated code (not blindly accept it)
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver production-ready systems
What We're Looking For
• 3–6+ years of real-world full-stack development experience
• Strong understanding of system design, APIs, data models, and performance
• Comfortable using AI as a development accelerator, not a replacement
• Ability to spot flaws in AI-generated code and fix them proactively
