My client is a globally recognized Web3 founder-led lab, with multiple large-scale blockchain projects backed by top-tier global institutions.

The team is now incubating a brand-new AI + Crypto initiative, focused on building next-generation AI-native applications. This is an early-stage, high-velocity product environment working directly with the founder. They embrace an AI-native development philosophy, leveraging LLM-powered coding agents as core productivity drivers, prioritizing speed, iteration, and product realization over traditional engineering rituals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Rapidly prototype and deploy end-to-end web applications and MVPs based on evolving product ideas.
• Leverage AI-native development workflows (e.g., Cursor, Replit Agent, Windsurf) to manage and accelerate the majority of the codebase.
• Design structured prompts and workflows to guide AI agents in generating maintainable and scalable code.
