AI Product Manager

Role Summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a hands‑on AI/ML Product Manager (contract) to support the launch of a next‑generation loyalty and personalization platform across Advance Rewards (DIY) and Pro Rewards (B2B). This role will lead requirements gathering, business workshops, and product definition, translating AI‑driven insights into executable product capabilities for campaigns, segmentation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and structured workshops with Marketing, Loyalty, and Operations teams to define promotions, rewards, and campaign needs; customer journeys (earn, engage, redeem)
