By analyzing millions of data points across support tickets, reviews, and social media, their platform generates automated, actionable insights that drive multi-million dollar product decisions.
As the first Product Manager on the team, you will step into a high-impact role previously held by a co-founder. You won't just be managing a roadmap; you will be the architect of the core product’s future, sitting at the intersection of complex data systems, LLMs, and enterprise customer needs.
