Own and build our entire outbound engine from the ground up. Your mission is to design, implement, and continuously optimize a fully automated lead generation and revenue system using AI, enrichment platforms, CRM automation, and multi-channel outreach — with one clear goal: maximize qualified meetings while minimizing cost per acquisition.

What You'll Do

• Architect and build end-to-end outbound systems (LinkedIn + Email + AI-powered personalization)
• Design scalable prospecting machines using AI tools, scraping tools, and enrichment platforms
• Create and manage advanced enrichment workflows (Apollo, Clay, Clearbit, etc.)
• Build AI-driven personalization frameworks that feel human — at scale
• Automate and optimize CRM workflows (HubSpot / Salesforce / Pipedrive)
