Role Description (AI-focused, B2B services)

This role is responsible for generating and converting B2B opportunities for DoCares AI and technology services—especially AI agents, operational process improvement, automation, and custom software development for mid-sized companies. The role supports the full sales cycle end-to-end (from outreach to closing), and also provides post-sale commercial/operational coordination to ensure a smooth delivery handoff, strong adoption, and long-term account growth.

This is not a purely prospecting role. It is a hybrid position that connects sales, solution design coordination, and client relationship management, working closely with the Founder and internal delivery team to position the right solution, build trust with decision-makers, and maintain continuity before and after closing.
