AI Software Development Manager

**Job Description**

**The Role:**

As an AI Software Engineer Leader on the Enterprise AI team, you will play a critical role in shaping GM’s future through high-impact AI systems. You will be responsible for managing a team of skilled engineers developing AI technologies and integrating them into GM’s core platforms. You’ll be a hands-on leader focused on working with key partners to build AI/ML workflows. You’ll work closely with other engineers and teams to deliver performant, production-grade systems.

**What You’ll Do** **:**

+ Design, develop and test cutting-edge AI infrastructure, optimizing machine learning and AI-driven applications across GM’s global platforms.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, product teams) to bring AI solutions into production at scale.
