Software Engineer (AVP) – PERM POSITION
📍 Manchester Area (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Join a forward-thinking engineering team building scalable, cloud-native backend systems on AWS. As an AVP, you’ll design and deliver high-performance services using Python or Golang, working with microservices, distributed systems, and cutting-edge agentic/AI-driven architectures.
What you’ll do:
Build and scale backend services in a modern AWS environment
Collaborate with product and architecture teams to deliver robust solutions
Champion clean code, testing, and secure engineering practices
Help shape technical direction and mentor engineers
What we’re looking for:
~5+ years’ backend engineering experience
Strong Python/Golang expertise
Hands-on AWS and distributed systems experience
Passion for scalable systems, innovation, and collaboration
