Job Description:

The Copilot Studio Lead is responsible for designing, building, and deploying repeatable industry agent suites and custom Copilot agents, workflows, and automations that solve real business problems for the company, focused on customer success and repeatable solution patterns.

This role operates within the Delivery function, leading our Copilot Studio capability - working hands-on to build copilots and agent-based workflows, while guiding a small technical and business workflow team.

You will directly support clients with Copilot solutions, contribute reusable blueprints and workflows to the company's product library, and help shape future capability by bringing deep insight into how the company work and where AI can meaningfully improve productivity.
