As the business invests in AI and automation as core operating infrastructure, they are hiring an AI Specialist to lead the function: evaluate the tools, design the workflows, train the people who will use them, and report on what actually moved the needle.
This is a hands-on strategist-operator role. You will not be writing strategy decks in isolation.
