AI & Systems Training Lead

This role is for an AI evangelist, hands-on practitioner, and technology adoption partner. The ideal candidate can apply AI immediately, redesign workflows, train teams, and create repeatable playbooks that scale.

The team will begin with Marketing, Content, Editorial, Design, and Research, then expand to other functions once frameworks are proven.

Stakeholder Discovery and Workflow Mapping

• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and AI and automation opportunities
• Interview team leads and contributors to identify high-leverage tasks and prioritize quick wins
• Estimate impact such as time saved, faster cycle times, higher output volume, and improved quality
