The Team Lead role combines two essential responsibilities – leading the team and acting as a senior consultant.
Your Role
In this role, you will inspire and lead a team of experienced AI professionals by example. You are responsible for the well-being, professional growth, and performance of your team members, while also contributing hands-on to demanding AI customer engagements.
As a Team Lead, you are both:
A people leader, supporting approximately 8–12 AI consultants in their development and career progression
A highly experienced AI professional, actively working in client projects
Lead our AI Consultancy team, focusing on strategic advisory, enterprise AI transformation, and production-grade AI deliver...
