AI Transformation Leader Strategy, Governance & Adoption

We're looking for a senior leader to drive our AI Transformation Programme across the business.

This is a strategic role focused on AI roadmap, governance, adoption, and cross functional transformation - not a developer role.

• Proven experience leading digital or AI transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder and programme management skills
• Experience with governance, policy, and strategic decision making
• Ability to align executive and operational teams

• UAE PDPL knowledge
• Experience with Azure AI, Claude, or similar platforms
• Real estate, asset, or facilities management exposure
