Responsibilities

• Import real estate photos into Runway ML and generate video clips using provided prompts.
• Select correct model (Gen‑4 vs Gen‑4 Turbo) based on scene type.
• Review AI outputs; re‑generate if unrealistic or poor quality.
• Upscale all final videos to 4K.
• Edit clips together in Final Cut Pro or iMovie: trimming, speed ramps, transitions, pacing, adding music and effects.

• Experience with real estate or architectural media.
