About the Role
We're looking for someone obsessed with AI video generation tools and their application to performance advertising. This is a specialist role for someone already operating at a high level with AI creative. You'll operate more like a creative systems builder than a traditional producer. This isn't traditional video editing. We need someone who can generate dozens of ad variations weekly using AI avatars, synthetic UGC, automated script-to-video workflows, and rapid iteration techniques.
