This role sits between engineering, operations, sales, marketing, customer success, product, and leadership. Your job is to take repetitive, manual, high-value business processes and turn them into AI-assisted workflows that improve speed, accuracy, quality, and commercial performance. You will not simply recommend tools. You will build, test, connect, document, maintain, and improve workflows.
