AI Workforce Architect – Avanade is looking for an experienced AI Workforce Architect who thrives on designing and leading enterprise scale Power Platform and Copilot solutions. This is a hands‑on, advisory role where you will own end‑to‑end solution architecture—shaping secure, scalable, and responsible AI‑powered experiences that enable how work gets done. Success in this role means partnering closely with business, IT, security, and delivery teams to translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions, while guiding governance, integration, and operational readiness across Avanade’s Power Platform and AI initiatives.
