As an AIA Intern, you will:
Support business projects across key functions (Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, Sales, etc.)
Conduct research, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives
Prepare reports, presentations, and business recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders
Participate in learning sessions, mentoring, and career talks
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in: Business, Behavioral Science, Management, Economics, Engineering, IT, or related fields
3rd–4th year undergraduate student
