As a CSSF-approved Conducting Officer in charge of Portfolio Management, in a third party AIFM servicing funds with the following investment strategies: Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Debt, Fund of funds, etc. you will ensure that investment strategies and delegated functions - when applicable - are effectively managed, aligning with regulatory requirements, investor expectations, and the AIFM’s objectives. You will act as a key leader within the governance and senior management framework.
You will
Portfolio management performance and oversight of PM delegatesCollaborate with clients’ investment teams to ensure fund investments align with strategy, risk appetite, and performance targets; oversee asset allocation and portfolio construction.Monitor delegated portfolio managers: conduct due diligence, set and track KPIs/SLAs, escalate issues, and report on portfolio activity.
