About the Role

Flywheel Industrial AI is looking for a proactive and experienced AI/ML Backend Engineer to take ownership of our intelligent backend systems. In this role, you will be responsible for strictly improving our Neo4j schema, enhancing our matching algorithms, and building robust, scalable AI-driven backends.

You will work primarily with Python, Graph Databases (Neo4j), and Large Language Models (LLMs). We are looking for a builder who can translate business requirements into production-ready AI solutions without needing micromanagement. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our foundational model interactions, ensuring data integrity, and deploying features that drive real business value.
