AI/ML Engineer

PURPOSE:

We are seeking a highly motivated GenAI / LLM Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building end-to-end GenAI systems, including LLM-based applications, prompt engineering pipelines, RAG architectures, and multi-step autonomous agent workflows. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, practical experience with modern AI frameworks, and the ability to integrate APIs, vector databases, and external tools to build scalable and reliable AI systems.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• 3-4 years of experience in AI/ML development or related software engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience building at least one end-to-end GenAI or LLM-based project.
• Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / LLM orchestration frameworks.
