AI/ML Engineer

Job Scope / Position Summary

This role supports the implementation and management of AI and analytics platforms, overseeing MLOps processes, including statistical analysis and model evaluation. This role needs to collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into business processes. They will also be involved in the evaluation and integration of third-party AI solutions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and AI governance frameworks. A key aspect of the role involves developing and/or integrating generative AI solutions, such as chatbots and agents, to enhance automation and user interaction.
