Role Overview

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and optimize intelligent systems using modern LLM-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Engineer and optimize system and user prompts
• Fine-tune large language models for domain-specific use cases
• Evaluate and improve AI outputs for accuracy and relevance
• Collaborate with backend and data teams

Required Skills

• Strong experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures
• Prompt engineering & fine-tuning experience
• Python and ML frameworks
• Understanding of vector databases
