What you'll do Build and ship AI/agent features end to end. Tune prompts, parameters, and model choices for quality, latency, and cost. Add guardrails, evals, and fallbacks so output stays reliable at scale. Instrument performance and continuously drive wins on quality, speed, and spend. Work closely with product, design, and engineering to ship fast.
You're a fit if you Have shipped LLM or agent features to production and can debug messy edge cases. Understand model behavior: sampling, context windows, tool use, and prompt sensitivity. Know how to measure and reduce latency, errors, and token spend. Are comfortable with data stores, queues, and observability basics. Move fast, own outcomes, and communicate crisply.
