AI/ML Engineer — Staffing Services Platform

Overview
We're looking for a
Senior AI/ML Engineer
to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that power an AI driven staffing platform. You'll work across applied machine learning, LLM integration, data pipelines, and production grade AI features — owning the full lifecycle from experimentation to deployment.

This role blends strong engineering fundamentals with applied data science and mathematical thinking. You'll turn messy, real world staffing problems like matching, forecasting, ranking, and automation into reliable AI systems that deliver measurable business impact.
