Role Overview
The AI/ML & Gen AI Developer will design and implement intelligent automation solutions
including anomaly detection systems, NLP-powered chatbots, and AIOps-driven observability
integrations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop ML models for anomaly detection and event correlation
* Build NLP-based chatbot solutions (intent recognition, dialogue management)
* Integrate with AWS AI services (Bedrock, Sage Maker, Lex)
* Develop REST APIs for chatbot integrations
* Integrate with ticketing systems (Service Now, Jira)
* Implement streaming analytics & real-time data processing
* Develop Lambda-based event-driven workflows
* Design Step Functions orchestration pipelines
* Collaborate with Observability team for log pattern detection

* Python (scikit-learn, Tensor Flow / Py Torch)
* NLP frameworks
