Are you a specialist who thrives under the hood? We are looking for an elite Air Arc Gouger who specializes in heavy-wall pressure vessel fabrication. This isn't a bit of everything welding job—this is a straight gouging role for an operator who can deliver surgically clean grooves all day, every day.

If you have the stamina for high-production demands and the steady hand to back-gouge seams to perfectly sound metal, we want you on the team.

The Work: High-Precision, High-Volume
This role is dedicated to the foundation of code-quality welds. You will be responsible for:

Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4x10s).

The Perk: Enjoy a permanent 3-day weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off).

Wage: $30 – $38/hr (Based on proficiency and experience).

Weekly Pay: Processed through Randstad.
