**職務内容:**

**_Job Description:_**

+ _Develop, implement and monitor safety and compliance programs_
+ _Conduct risk assessments and put in mitigation measures_
+ _Lead root cause analysis and ensure quality corrective and preventive actions_
+ _Ensure all staff maintain valid certifications and meet mandatory training requirements_

**_Qualification:_**

+ _Bachelor’s degree_
+ _5+ years of experience in airline safety, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance_
+ _Deep knowledge IATA manuals, aviation safety frameworks_
+ _Familiarity with safety reporting and compliance monitoring_
