Air Cond Technician

Your roles:

To maintain and ensure the smooth operation of air conditioning systems and building M&E facilities through proper maintenance, inspection, and operational support.

What do we need you to do?

• Responsible for carrying out building air conditioning maintenance works, including preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting.
• Responsible for handling building-related Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works, including basic electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Operate and monitor the chiller system and lighting systems for medical suites and office areas according to the daily schedule.
• Maintain and service all plant equipment and building facilities.
• Assist and support the Assistant Maintenance Manager in daily operations and maintenance activities.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by Management as and when required.
