Air Conditioning and Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Air Conditioning and Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation support, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and basic repair of air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The role also involves basic electrical and plumbing-related tasks, field work, and proper documentation of maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cleaning, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs of air conditioning units.
• Diagnose common aircon issues and carry out necessary corrective actions.
• Service and maintain window-type and split-type air conditioning units.
• Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting related to air conditioning systems.
• Perform basic plumbing works, particularly in maintaining and clearing aircon drainage systems.
