The Role:

Providing national support for all Air Conditioning product related issues involving escalations, reporting to management, and communicating with internal/external stakeholders until a solution is implemented in the field as necessary. Managing Service KPI via root cause analysis and implementing action plans, managing progress for improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support Service Centres with technical information and assistance via various supporting processes.

Support with technical assistances and product trainings to Service Centres via collaboration with A/C Trainer/Commissioning officer in Sales team.
