About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Air-Conditioning Technician to join the team at Hong Guan Air Conditioning Service PLT. As an Air-Conditioning Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of air-conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties across the Kuching Division of Sarawak. This is a full-time role based in the Kuching Division.

What you'll be doing

1. Install, service and repair a variety of air-conditioning equipment and systems
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air-conditioning systems
3. Perform preventative maintenance checks and servicing on air-conditioning units
4. Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice
5. Maintain accurate records of all work completed
6. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
