A well-established international logistics provider is looking to recruit an Air Export Coordinator to join its specialist airfreight team. This role focuses on managing time-sensitive, high-care shipments and delivering a seamless experience for customers throughout the export journey.

You will be responsible for coordinating export movements from enquiry through to departure, acting as the main point of contact for clients and ensuring all shipments move safely, compliantly and on schedule.

Provide quotations, guidance and shipment information to new and existing customers
Plan and coordinate export shipments from start to finish
Manage daily communication with clients via phone and email
