Air Export Coordinator

BROAD SCOPE

• As an Air Export Coordinator Administrator/Associate, your primary responsibility is to support, coordinate and facilitate the monitoring of air Export shipments to meet expectations and targets of the company

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate booking to Clients and LSP
• Arrange booking to Airline and transfer to Airport
• Preparation of docs including Cutting of AWB and Labels
• Updating the system CELLO.
• Maintain up-to-date records and report submission
• Assisting billing
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve problems related to their shipments
• Support documentation requirements for customs clearance

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration.

• With at least 2 years in Int'l Freight Forwarding
