    Prepare Air Waybill (AWB) and House Air Waybill (HAWB) accurately and in a timely manner.
    Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and complies with airline and customs regulations.

  • Handover Set :

    Compile and organize all documents required for the handover set.
    Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the handover set is complete and accurate.

  • Customer Coordination :

    Communicate effectively with customers to gather necessary shipment information and provide updates on shipment status.
    Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
