Job Description

Our client operates direct air and sea freight forwarding services for a large clientele of importers and exporters. This company is expanding in Thailand and are now looking for suitable candidates for the position of Air Freight Deputy Manager.
Key responsibilities: 
Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals.
Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively.
Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, and standards.
Provide the correct information on air freight processes to customers.
Deal with, and develop relationship with carriers.
Plan space efficiently for huge spot / regular business volume.
Monitor bookings & planning to ensure efficient consolidation.
