Air Freight Exec

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in month end closing & data entry.

• Issue debit and credit notes as well as follow up

• Maintain and update proper filing system and records/documentations

• Processing of sub-con tax invoice, including checking & matching and obtaining the proper approval, and accurately processing the invoices into excel file for proper recording.

• Support preparation and compilation of records for audits, inspections, and compliance checks under GDP/GMP/GDPMDS.

• Liaise with officers from The Singapore Customs, shipping & forwarding company

• Prepare import and export airfreight documents

• Coordinate and prepare inbound & outbound airfreight shipments with carrier / customers / vendors

• Able to assist other colleagues for general enquires during manager's absence.

• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
