Air Freight Operations Executive (Import)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end air freight import operations, ensuring timely receipt, handling, and delivery of cargo.
• Liaise closely with airlines, customers, ground handlers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Prepare, process, and verify air waybills (AWB), customs clearance documentation, billing, and invoices.
• Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to customers and internal teams.
• Handle operational exceptions such as shipment delays, damages, discrepancies, and claims, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Ensure compliance with air cargo regulations, company SOPs, and industry standards.
• Work collaboratively with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to support service excellence.
