**What you'll be doing**:Responsible for coordinating all aspects of air import shipments including:- Preparing documentation, data entry, tracing, billing, arranging deliveries, etc- Closely track and trace all international and domestic cargo movement to meet tight deadlines- Coordinate and report cargo status to customers- Daily communication with airlines, vendors, truckers, customers, sales representatives and overseas offices- Assist sales representatives with their warehouse and trucking requests- Ability to multitask in a fast-pac...
