BROAD SCOPE:

• Main task is to support, coordinate and facilitate the monitoring of air shipments to meet expectations and targets of the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive pre-alerts from Shippers/Agents and check them for accuracy and completeness.
• Distribute pre-alerts to the appropriate Logistics Service Providers (LSPs).
• Monitor arrival details with Carriers, Freight Forwarders, and Origin Counterparts.
• Receive and monitor Notifier from CDEC and validate the manifest through e-Trade.
• Provide the inward foreign manifest to the assigned Broker.
• Monitor the submission of manifest of Agents to Customs.
• Schedule the delivery and release of cargo.
• Prepare and distribute monitoring reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Update shipment monitoring and KPIs of Logistics Service Providers (LSPs).
