Air Import Executive

The incumbent will manage and coordinate inbound air freight shipments for our freight forwarding operations in Singapore. The role involves liaising with airlines, overseas agents, customers, customs authorities, and transport providers to ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery while maintaining compliance with Singapore's import regulations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and execute end-to-end air import shipment processes.
• Prepare and process import documentation including Air Waybill (AWB), Delivery Orders, Cargo manifests, Customs permits (Mawb, Hawb, Manifest, COO)
• Maintain accurate shipment records and operational data in the freight management system and provide accurate data update as per airlines requirement in TMF system.
• Update, send and acknowledge pre-alerts to all relevant stakeholders.
