Air Import Operations Executive

C.H. Robinson is seeking an Air Import Operations Executive (Global Forwarding Agent) to join our operations team in Klang, Malaysia. The Global Forwarding Agent (GFA) will be the primary point of contact for their assigned customer accounts, managing the full shipment lifecycle to ensure accuracy and efficiency in meeting customer requirements. You'll work closely with customers from the initiation of shipments through to completion, overseeing all related tasks, maintaining daily communication, managing reporting, and handling emails.
