Air Import Operators

Freightserve recruitment are looking for two Import Air Operators for a major Freight Forwarder based in the Heathrow area.

Duties:-

* Dealing with all Air Import shipments from start to finish

* Prepare and process all necessary documentation for importing goods via airfreight.

* Processing CDS customs entries on Cargowise

* Dealing with various commodities

* Coordinate with customs authorities to ensure timely and accurate customs clearance of imported goods, including classification and compliance with import regulations and duties.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers regarding imported shipments, providing them with shipment status updates, addressing inquiries and concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
