Air Operations Manager , MX Air ATS

MX Air ATS is looking for an Air Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations at the NLU hub, managing inbound and outbound air volume across sortation and flight preparation processes. This role owns the flow of volume through the hub, ensuring inbound shipments are received and transferred into outbound flights within defined time windows. You will partner with airlines, ground handling providers, and Ground teams to execute operations with precision, enabling reliable connectivity and consistent customer delivery speed.
