Air Refuelling Instructor (KC-30A)

The Air Refuelling Operator Instructor is responsible to the KC-30A Lead Instructor to ensure the successful delivery of all training as tasked, to ensure end user training outcomes within time, cost and quality constraints.


The role we are offering you

+ Conduct and develop flight crew training events for customer air refuelling operators during the ground and flight simulator training at local and remote sites.

+ Conduct comprehensive briefings and debriefings to ensure that the customer air refuelling operator is aware of their expected and actual performance during training events.

+ Evaluate and document customer air refuelling operator performance and progress during training sessions in the relevant records and reports in a timely manner.

+ Communicate with simulator maintenance technicians to report identified simulator problems or malfunctions.
