Air Ticketing Agent

Royal Journey Travels & Tourism is looking for a professional and experienced Air Ticketing Staff to join our growing team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of airline ticketing systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customers professionally.

Responsibilities:
Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings

Manage reservations, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds

Operate GDS systems including Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo

Assist clients with travel queries and provide the best fare options

Maintain excellent customer service and follow-up with clients

Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for smooth operations

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in air ticketing

Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre / Amadeus / Galileo)

Experience in international and domestic ticketing

Good communication and customer handling skills
